Siuntos atsiėmimas
Siuntos atsiėmimas iš siuntų terminalo užtrunka apie 15 sekundžių.

Norint atsiimti siuntą, reikia prie siuntų terminalo pasirinkti kalbą, iš meniu – „Atsiimti siuntą“ ir įvesti pranešimu ir (arba) el. paštu gautą šešiaženklį durelių kodą. Įvedus durelių kodą, atsidaro durelės ir siunta – jau Jūsų rankose!
Siuntos dydis: Didžiausias OMNIVA siuntinio svoris – 30 kg.
Naudojami trys dydžiai:
S: 8 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm (mažiausias dydis: 2 cm x 9 cm x 14 cm) M: 19 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm L: 41 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm
Siuntų saugojimo laikotarpis: Siuntų terminale siunta laikoma 7 kalendorines dienas. Pasibaigus laikotarpiui, siunta grąžinama siuntėjui. Nukreipti siuntą į kitą pristatymo vietą negalima.
Dažniausiai prekės pristatomos per 1-2 d.dienas nuo užsakymo patvirtinimo dienos, jei prekės buvo užsakytos darbo dienomis iki 12 val. Pristatymo terminų išimtys taikomos aprangos ir aksesuarų kategorijai, šios kategorijos prekių pristatymas gali užtrukti iki 15 d.d.
